at Crabtree's Kittle House!
Top Chef Masters Carmen Gonzalez Heats Up the Kittle House Kitchen and Introduces Her Latin-Style Cooking to the Hudson Valley.
This Thursday, July 8th, Top Chef Master, TV host, cookbook author, restaurateur,
our friend and super-talented Chef Carmen Gonzalez joins the Kittle House kitchen team
for the summer months of July and August as we feature her delicious,
bold-flavored, latin-style cooking on our dining room and tap room menus.
Chef Carmen, a native of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, is one of America's top chefs of latin-influenced cuisine and she is looking forward to combining her unique use of traditional ingredients and artful presentation with the cuisine of Crabtree's Kittle House
and the many small, artisan farmer's products we use in our kitchen.
We will offer several of Chef Carmen's favorite, signature dishes every day for lunch and evening for dinner in the Tap Room and in the main dining room.

Due to previous commitments - new cookbooks, TV appearances, a day off! -
Chef Carmen will not be in the kitchen every evening.
But her cuisine will be here every evening (and at lunch too!)and she will be here most evenings throughout July & August.

Dinner and Fireworks
On Sunday July 4th we will be serving dinner from 4pm until 9pm - the beautiful fireworks display courtesy of our neighbors at Mount Kisco Country Club begins at 9:15pm. In honor of the Independence Day Holiday we will be offering an All-American Lobster Bake Dinner throughout the course of the evening. Douglas Polaner Selections Wine Dinner
We welcome our good friend and wine importer Doug Polaner, who will take us around the world sharing very special wines from his portfolio with us, paired with a 5 course menu. The price for this extraordinary wine dinner is $110 per person, not including tax and gratuity.
